The Pine Bluff Police Department is in the early stages of a shooting investigation that has left one person dead. Around 4:40 a.m. Sunday morning officers responded to the area of Expressway and Blake Street in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, they found 34-year- old Ashton Jackson with an apparent gunshot wound. There is no suspect information at this time.
