Pine Bluff High School Zebras wide receiver Courtney Crutchfield made a commitment Friday to play football at the University of Arkansas.

Crutchfield, a junior, has been on the Razorbacks’ radar since his sophomore year. Crutchfield made his announcement on social media while attending Charlie Collins’ commitment event at Mills University in Little Rock. Collins also committed to the Razorbacks on Friday. Collins, too, is from Pine Bluff but plays for the Mills Comets.

“I’m doing it for Pine Bluff, my city and my state,” Crutchfield said.

Zebras head football coach Micheal Williams said Crutchfield is an athletic phenomenon who also plays basketball and baseball and participates in track and field.
