A Pine Bluff woman was arrested Wednesday after she allegedly stabbed a man with a comb the previous day.

Jhada Walker, 26, was taken into custody after police were sent to Jefferson Regional Hospital where the victim was being treated for injuries received in the altercation in the parking lot of the former Super 1 Foods on East Harding Avenue.

During a court hearing Friday, Deputy Prosecutor Joe West explained the allegation against Walker.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $5,000 bond for Walker, who West said had no prior convictions after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge her with second-degree domestic battery.

Walker said she would hire her own attorney and was told to come back to court on June 16.
