Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Armani Milton, 18, with theft by receiving.

Reading from an affidavit by State Police Cpl. Gordon Seawood, Deputy Prosecutor Lisa McGriff said at midnight Saturday, Milton was driving a white Dodge Charger and failed to stop at a sobriety checkpoint at Barraque and Bryant Street.
