Pine Bluff School District Superintendent Jennifer Barbaree was a guest on the Oldies 10113 Morning Show Wednesday and she talked about one of the presentations that had been made Monday.
Morning Show host Greg Horne said he thought that the thing to look at, from a non-educator standpoint, is, are they improving every year?
Horne said they have to start at a young age like Barbaree had been pounding in, starting at age 5,6, 7 year olds.
