Rich Rhoden, director of Pine Bluff Street Department updates public on current road conditions since late Sunday, February 14th evening. Rhoden explained about the process of removing ice from roads.
The county loaned the Pine Bluff street department two graters and in total their are four that are covering the city. Rhoden explained which areas they are focused on and projects that they are gradually working towards.
