Pine Bluff Police working second shooting at 25th & Poplar

The Pine Bluff Police Department is working the second shooting of the day in the area of 25th and Poplar.

32-year-old Albert King III was shot at the same location earlier on Tuesday, and was later pronounced deceased at 2:45 p.m.

At approximately 4 p.m. Pine Bluff Police responded to a second shooting at the location, with scanner traffic indicating a house had been “shot up”. There is no information on any victims in the second shooting.

No suspects have been identified as yet and no motive for either shooting has been established.

Anyone with information should contact the Detective Division at 730-2090 or the dispatch center at 541-5300. A reward is available for information leading to an arrest and conviction.

Albert King III’s murder was the 26^th homicide of the year inside the Pine Bluff city limits.
