The Pine Bluff Detective Office is asking for assistance locating 32-year-old, Demarcus Kenyon Lipkins. Lipkins is about 6’1” tall, 175-200 pounds with a low style haircut.
Lipkins is wanted in connection with a Battery in the Second Degree and a Theft of Property (felony) that occurred on November 10, 2024.
