The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 12 year old, Katline Moten.
Katline is approximately 5’1 and weighs 120 pounds. Katline has been missing since 12/28/2022 at approximately 11:30 P.M.
She was last seen in the 3700 block of Fair Oaks, wearing pink spandex shorts, a light blue shirt, and pink Ugg slides.
