Pine Bluff Police Department investigating second overnight homicide

Detectives with the Pine Bluff Police Department are in the early stages of a shooting investigation that has left one person dead.

At about 2:45 a.m. officers responded to 2200 W 10th in reference to a shooting.  

Upon arrival they found a deceased adult male in a vehicle in the parking lot.

This is the second homicide of 2022 for Pine Bluff.  

The victim’s name is being withheld at this time pending the notification of next of kin.
