A $5,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man accused of pointing a gun at relatives and threatening to shoot them.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Elvin Mustiful, 71, with aggravated assault on a family or household member, two counts of terroristic threatening and third-degree domestic battery.

Deputy Prosecutor Ty Spradlin said Mustiful was arrested after police responded to a reported disturbance Tuesday at a house in the 2400 block of King Street.

Mustiful was ordered to have no contact with the victims and told to come back to Court March 21.
