A Pine Bluff man previously convicted of several felonies was arrested Monday after he was found with a car that had been reported stolen.

Antoine Holder, 34, was taken into custody after police were sent to South Hazel Street in response to recovering a stolen vehicle.

During a court hearing Tuesday, Deputy Prosecutor Beth Carson explained the circumstance that led to the arrest.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $15,000 bond for Holder after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with theft by receiving.

The Public Defender’s Office was appointed to represent Holder and he was told to come back to court on July 11.
