A Pine Bluff man was arrested after a gun was found in his possession while being admitted to Jefferson Regional.
According to the probable cause affidavit by Detective Lt. Derrick Neal, Deputy Prosecutor Joe West explained what occurred before Stacy Kennedy, 48 was arrested.
Due to Kennedy’s extensive criminal history, District Judge Kim Bridgforth ruled prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with possession of a firearm by certain persons, felon in possession of a firearm, and several failures to appear.
A $25,000 bond was set for Kennedy and he was told to return to court on March 21st.
