A Pine Bluff man was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly set a fire outside his house.

Quincy Means, 29, was not at the residence when police arrived but was located later and taken into custody.

During a court hearing Thursday, Deputy Prosecutor Karres Manning Center said at 2:33 a.m., an officer was sent to a reported domestic disturbance at 1900 W. 15th Ave.

Manning Center said Means was found at about 11:42 a.m. and taken to the Detective’s Office to be questioned by Detective Keith Banks.

She said Means has a previous conviction for breaking or entering in Dumas in 2011 but no other criminal history.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $2,500 bond for Means after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with aggravated assault on a family or household member. He was ordered to have no contact with the victims until the case is settled.
