A $10,000 bond was set for a Pine Bluff man accused of stealing a vehicle out of Little Rock.

During a court hearing Friday, Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgeforth set the bond for Joshua Small 32, after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with theft by receiving. Deputy prosecutor Beth Carson told the court the details that led to Small’s arrest.

Small has previous convictions for theft, multiple failures to appear in district court, and a warrant for those previous charges. He was appointed a public defender and was ordered to come back to court on April 19th.
