Pine Bluff Fire and Emergency Services Chief Shauwn Howell on Friday described the past few days, when Pine Bluff was dealing with an ice storm and poor driving conditions as “extremely challenging.”
Appearing on the Oldies 1013 morning show, Howell said this.
With electrical service out in many parts of the city, Howell was asked about the use of home generators.
He went on to talk about using extension cords properly.
