The victim in a pedestrian accident in Pine Bluff last week has been identified.
According to a preliminary report, Edward Lynn Gragg Jr., 36, of Pine Bluff stepped out in front of 2016 Chrysler 200 that was west bound on East Harding Avenue at 8:43 p.m., and was struck by the vehicle.
Gragg was taken to Jefferson Regional Hospital where he died.
Police said the driver of the vehicle was taken to the adult detention center where he was given a breath alcohol test and was released.
