This is the second of two stories about legislation dealing with pharmacy benefit managers and the effects they have on prices for prescription drugs and customers.
Recently, ads dealing with the legislation have appeared in the State and Lelan Stice, the owner of Doctor’s Orders Pharmacies, was asked about those ads and who was paying for them.
Stice said a bill introduced in the State House of Representatives will go to committee next week.
Stice appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show where host Greg Horne asked him if he was optimistic about the fate of the bill.
He was also asked how this legislation would affect other states.
