The Pine Bluff Police Department Detective Division is asking for the public’s help in locating Mr. Bryant Smith.
Mr. Smith is wanted for Capital Murder in reference to two homicides that occurred on September 3, 2020 at #25 Needles and 1704 South Elm Street, where Mr. Kavon Mitchell and Mr. Emonya Moten were murdered. Mr. Smith is considered armed and dangerous.

A reward is being offered for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of Mr. Smith.
