PBPD Burglary Task Force Arrests Multiple Individuals in Connection with Commercial Burglaries

The Pine Bluff Police Department’s Burglary Task Force has successfully arrested 32-year-old, Alyssia Alexander, believed to be responsible for burglarizing Shipley’s Donuts (1300 S. Main Street) and Atomic Wings (2506 W. 28th Avenue). Alexander also had two outstanding felony warrants for Robbery.

On October 13, 2024, the task force arrested a 15-year-old juvenile who burglarized Wendy’s (2909 W. 28th Avenue). Minutes later, graveyard officers arrested another 15-year-old juvenile who burglarized Shipley’s Donuts (1300 S. Main Street). This milestone in the ongoing investigation is part of the department’s heightened efforts to combat the spike in property crimes impacting local businesses.

The task force, created to address an increase in commercial break-ins, has worked diligently over the past week, utilizing data from business owners and community collaboration to track and apprehend those responsible. The arrests mark a significant step in restoring security and peace of mind to Pine Bluff’s business community.
