Mayor Shirley Washington will make remarks at 11 AM on Monday, January 28th to kick-off of the Pine Bluff Wealth Building Coalition (PBWBC) free income tax preparation sites. PBWBC offers free income tax preparation for lower wealth families and individuals in Pine Bluff and Jefferson County.
The press conference will be held at the Donald W. Reynolds Center located 211 West 3rd Avenue in Pine Bluff. Members of the coalition are Arkansas Community Organization (ACO), United Way of Southeast Arkansas, Delta Sigma Lambda Chapter, Lakeside United Methodist Church Mi Casa Hispanic Ministry, and the Pine Bluff Interested Citizens for Voter Registration, Inc. (PBICVR).
