A Little Rock man was killed and three people injured in a two-vehicle accident in Pulaski County Tuesday afternoon.

According to a preliminary report, John Duggon, 24, died at a Little Rock hospital where he had been taken after the accident in the 5800 block of West 28h Ave., at 5:30 p.m.

The report said Duggon was in a 2007 Cadillac driven by Thomesha Miller, 20, who fled after her car hit a 2015 Honda that was eastbound on 28th Avenue. Miller reportedly lost control of the car which struck a tree and Dugogn was ejected.

Miller and two juvenile passengers in her car were injured. The death was the 411th so far this year on the state’s highways.
