An Oklahoma man died after falling from a pickup truck at a Buffalo River campground on Saturday.
According to the National Park Service, 54-year-old Troy Roderick of Cushing, Oklahoma had been at the swimming area near the Ozark Campground. Just after 5 p.m., while going back to his campsite, Roderick fell off the tailgate of a truck he was riding on and lost consciousness.
Other park visitors began CPR on Roderick, and he was taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance.
