1955-2024
Ms. Linda Neal Robinson, 69, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas departed this earthly life on September 14, 2024. She was born, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to the late Bud Neal and late Rosie B. Neal.
Linda accepted Christ at an early age, at Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church, where she was an active member of the youth department under the leadership of Rev. R. C. Carter. She later united with Highland Missionary Baptist Church.
She attended, Watson Chapel High School, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas and graduated in 1973. She was an Honorable member of the National Honor Society and Beta Club. She also attended, Southeast Arkansas College formally Pines Technical College and later the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
Her career path began with Stant and ended with Arkansas Department of Corrections. Linda loved working in public settings where she could always be helpful to others, and show her God given ability to love. Linda will always be remembered, by everyone she encountered. She loved to sit on her porch post-retirement. Her porch was a place of love, family and fun throughout our family and neighborhood.
She was proceeded in death, by her parents Bud and Rosie B Neal, and husband Evan Robinson Jr., brothers: Robert Lee Simon, Earl Louis Simon, Gary Wayne Neal and sisters: Mamie Jo Duncan, Alice Ann Johnson and Jo Ann Handley.
She leaves to cherish her memories, brother, John Henry Neal, and sister Shenetta Jimmerson both of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Her beloved children, Herman Neal, Oklahoma City, Ok, LaJeanne Miller, Hyattsville, MD, Brian Neal, Little Rock, Ar., Brandon Hawkins, Pine Bluff, Ar., Gordon Johnson and Joseph Gray, North Little Rock, AR, and James Robinson, Jackson, MS and eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
