Jeffery Scott “Scottie” Moreland of Dumas, Arkansas was born October 16, 1970, in Pine Bluff, AR. to O’Neal and Joy Raley Moreland. He passed away on September 2, 2024, in Dumas. He was a mechanic for Clearwater paper mill and a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife Shannon Moreland of Dumas, AR., son Tanner Moreland of Dumas, AR., two daughters Lynnsey Moreland of Morrilton AR. and Gracie Moreland of Monticello, AR., one brother Mike (Debbie) Moreland of Dumas, AR., and one sister Sherry Patton of McGehee, AR.
Graveside services will be Saturday, September 7,2024 at 10:30 am at Walnut Lake Cemetery. Dr. Tandy Hanson will be officiating the service. Memorials may be made to Hopedale Missionary Baptist Church, 395 S. John, Dumas, AR. 71639 or Walnut Lake Cemetery c/o Merchants and Farmers Bank, Dumas, AR.
