David Harold Waters, 53
1971-2024

David Harold Waters of Sheridan, Arkansas was born February 18, 1971 at Pine Bluff, the son of the late Brenda Hamilton Waters and Odis Harold Waters. He was a proud Child of God and active member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Sheridan. Over the years, he’s helped with the youth ministry, media ministry, and the IBC food bank, just to name a few. David has worked for ARDOT (Arkansas Department of Transportation) for 35 years, and was currently District Maintenance Supervisor. He also served part-time as a Reserve Deputy with the Grant County Sheriff’s Office for a number of years. He looked forward to the fall, getting to hunt and camp. He was also a gifted welder and metal fabricator. It would be a huge understatement to say that David was a family man. To him, his family was his whole world, and he cherished every moment they spent and memory they made together.
