NLR Women Arrested for Shoplifting

18 year old North Little Rock woman Ktricia Borum was arrested and booked into Jefferson county detention center on Thursday October 4, 2018 at 9:53 pm.  She was charged with THEFT – SHOPLIFTING. Bond was set at $760 and she was released at 10:22 pm.
