LITTLE ROCK — North Little Rock police reported Tuesday that a fourth arrest had been made in a fatal shooting at a skate park last month in the 2800 block of River Road.
The department said U.S. marshals had arrested Ladetrick Harris, 17, on a charge of capital murder. He also faces two counts of attempted capital murder and three counts of aggravated robbery.
Three other teens — Jack Banks III, 15, Isiah Gilliam, 18, and Davion Wright, 17 — face the same charges. All were charged as adults.
The four were arrested in the fatal shooting of Armand Van Ronder, 22, on July 16 at a skate park in the 2800 block of River Road. A second person shot at the skate park, Jacob Bynum, 18, survived his injuries.
Gilliam was being held in the Pulaski County jail Tuesday.
Harris, Banks and Gilliam were not listed on the jail roster.
