PINE BLUFF, AR – Go Forward Pine Bluff (GFPB) and the Pine Bluff Urban Renewal Agency (PBURA) are seeking the public’s assistance in naming the new Family Fun Park. The event center, which will be located at 2100 E. Harding, will include Go Kart racing, mini golf, gaming, food and so much more.

GFPB and PBURA are hosting a naming competition for the community to get involved in the process. Entries should be submitted to Lauren Lawson by November 1st at [email protected]. All entries should include the name you think should be chosen, why your name deserves to win, and what Pine Bluff  means to you.

All creative ideas are welcome. The winner will be announced on November 27th at the Mistletoe Magic Lighting Ceremony.

The Pine Bluff City Council approved a total of $850,000 in February 2022 for the construction of the facility and a request to establish a Go Kart Track entertainment facility at 2100 E. Harding Avenue in a B-3, Highway Commercial zone was approved in June 2022 by the city of Pine Bluff Planning Commission.

Chandra Griffin, executive director of Pine Bluff Urban Renewal Agency, said the PBURA acquired the property with the intention of redevelopment. The location was the former Regency Inn and sits in a prime location on East Harding’s busiest intersection near a furniture store, grocery, bank, service stations, restaurants, and the Broadmoor subdivision.
