Several area school districts are looking ahead at the start of school with teacher and substitute teacher shortages looming over them. Pine Bluff, Sheridan, Watson Chapel, Star City, Stuttgart, Dumas and the Cleveland County schools in Rison all contract out with ESS for hiring substitute teachers.
Tammy Winn from ESS joined Rick Walker on Sunrise Deltaplex to talk about the opportunities and the requirements.
