A Fort Smith mother died Friday morning days after a fire that left her and four children injured.
Whitney Kaub, 30, died around 3:40 a.m. She is the third person to die as a result from the fire. Her 5-year old son and 3-year-old daughter also died from their injuries.
An 8-year-old daughter and 9-year-old daughter are still in a hospital in Little Rock.
The cause of the fire is unknown, but the fire chief believes a gas wall furnace may be what started the fire on Tuesday.
