Mission Choices will host a Food Drive through the holiday season for needy families. You can drop off canned goods at 212 South Jefferson Street in Star City, AR (across from Post Office).
They will also have a shoe drive. The shoe drive is in conjunction with a company that helps fund the local Christmas Programs. The more shoes collected, the more funds Mission Choices will receive. This is new or gently used shoes for kids and athletic shoes for adults. They can also be dropped off at 212 South Jefferson Street in Star City.
Mission Choices will also have a Toys for Christmas Benefit. This is a fun day on the Town Square scheduled for Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 8:00am to 3:00pm. There will be a bouncy house, foot races by age groups, vendors for all types of Christmas shopping, food truck, live music, raffles, games and prizes. The money will go to help underprivileged youth of Lincoln and Drew Counties. Last year, 387 children were served.
