Metallica‘s career of producing hit albums has entered its fifth decade.

The metal legends’ new S&M2 live album — which was recorded last September during their two shows accompanied by the San Francisco Symphony — debuts at number four on this week’s Billboard 200 with a total of 56,000 equivalent album units, 53,000 of which were traditional album sales.

That makes Metallica the first-ever group to chart at least one top-10 album with a new release in each of the last five decades: the ’80s, 90s, ’00s, ’10s and, now, ’20s. Two other solo artists have achieved that feat: Ozzy Osbourne and James Taylor.

Metallica previously made Billboard history with the S&M2 version of “All Within My Hands,” which made them the first act with number-one singles on the Mainstream Rock Songs chart in four different decades.
