McGehee police say a 31-year-old male inmate from the McGehee City Jail escaped Wednesday afternoon around 2 p.m.
Alan C. Lewis escaped while out during recreational time. He is described as 5’8″ and weighing approximately 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing an orange McGehee City Jail jumpsuit. Authorities say he was being held on felony drug charges and a warrant from Arkansas Community Corrections for violating parole.
