Pine Bluff Mayor Shirley Washington has been a supporter of the Go Forward initiative since it began and when she appeared on the Oldies 1013 morning show Monday, she explained how she got involved.
She went on to say this.
Based on her statements, morning show host Greg Horne asked Washington if she saw a time coming when Pine Bluff doesn’t need the Go Forward tax money.
