Wearing a mask will be treated as a dress code violation in the White Hall School District when classes begin in two weeks, according to Superintendent Doug Dorris.
Barbara Warren, who is the superintendent of both the Dollarway and Pine Bluff Districts said the same will be true in the districts she directs. They, along with Steven Bloomberg, the President of Southeast Arkansas College, appeared on Oldies 101.3 Thursday morning.
Dollarway, Pine Bluff and White Hall will all begin the school year with a combination of in-school and on-line classes but are making preparations to switch to all on-line if necessary.
Dorris later corrected himself and said the two days of virtual learning will be over Thanksgiving rather than Spring Break).
