Timothy Shed

A Star City man could spend up to 16 years in prison after he was accused of shooting a water tower at Kingsland that featured a mural of Johnny Cash.

According to the Cleveland County Herald, the mural now appears that Cash, who was a Kingsland native, is peeing on the town because of the spot where the bullet hit.

Timothy Shed, 38, is charged with criminal mischief and impairing the operation of a vital public utility, both felonies.

Kingsland officials estimate that the leak is causing the city to lose an estimated 30,000 gallons of water each day at a cost of $200. Repair costs are estimated at $5,000.
