The Pine Bluff Regional Chamber of Commerce held their annual business expo Thursday at the Pine Bluff Convention Center with many of Jefferson County’s businesses featured at individual booths during the event.
Deltaplex Radio and Deltaplex News was on hand for the event providing a live radio feed featuring information about the expo and interviews with several members of the local business community.
The Chamber recognized several members of the community with awards during the breakfast portion of the event.
Lelan Stice, owner of Doctor’s Orders Pharmacy, was recognized as Business Person of the Year.
Shannon Morgan, from Simmon’s First Foundation, was recognized as Young Professional of the Year.
United Way of Southeast Arkansas was recognized as Non-Profit Organization of the Year.
The event lasted from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m., bringing in a large crowd throughout the day.
