A Little Rock man was killed Tuesday when he was hit by a vehicle on Airport Road.
According to a preliminary report, Johnnie J. Washington, 40, was struck by a 2016 GMC that was traveling south toward Roosevelt Road at 1:21 a.m.
Washington was pronounced dead at the scene.
The death was the 236th so far this year on the state’s highways.
