On Thursday. Lincoln County Judge Buddy Earnest appeared on the Oldies 1013 morning show and clarified a statement he had made Tuesday about a burn ban that had been issued for Lincoln County.
Morning show host Greg Horne asked Earnest how much rain would have to fall for him to lift the burn ban and Earnest answered this way.
