Kid Cudi is excited for fans to hear what he says is the most powerful album he’s ever made. In an Instagram Live session Thursday, he boasted about the music, which he believes people will enjoy.
“I’ve never made a project this powerful before in my life. Sitting, listening to these mixes, I just know that this sh** is going to move you,” Cudi said.
“I just wanted to get on here and just let y’all know that I’m not gonna let y’all down. This is gonna be the album of the year right now, I’m not playing,” he continued, urging viewers to spread the news to everyone they know.
The lead single off Cudi’s upcoming album will drop in June and will be accompanied by a music video that he will direct.
“Im directing the video for my first single. Sh**s gonna get wild,” he tweeted.
As for other projects Cudi has in store, they include a “really cool tv gig that I’m throughly excited about” and “some movies comin this year.”
“Very big deal to me,” he said of the opportunities. “The blessings are overflowin.”
