Last week, Sheriff Lafayette Woods Jr. announced a new program designed to combat juvenile crime and gangs.

On Monday, Woods appeared on TalkBack Live and talked about the program, particularly on the role  Juvenile Court Judge Earnest E. Brown Jr. will play.

After talking about how he was raised, Woods went on to say this.

At the press conference announcing the program, Woods said 60 percent of the crime involving juveniles is gang-related and he was asked to elaborate on that.
