The Jefferson County Quorum Court met Monday for their regular meeting and as in past meetings, little was accomplished.

While ordinances for the Prosecutors Office, Juvenile Court and the Circuit Clerk’s Office won approval, County Judge Gerald Robinson said money for the road department was turned down.

Robinson appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show and went on to identify the 8 JP’s who voted no.

Robinson mentioned running out of money and Morning Show host Greg Horne said he thought the county was already out of money.
