Jefferson County Judge Gerald Robinson was joined on Oldies 1013 Friday by Road Superintendent Ricky Bullard as the two talked about road conditions in the county.
Asked by morning show host Greg Horne about the situation, Robinson said this.
Robinson said road crews have moved several tree out of roadways but are handicapped because they can’t touch some trees that have power lines on them until getting the OK from Entergy crews to ensure that the line is not still hot.
Bullard discussed what the crews had been doing.
Robinson said he was grateful that the county had prepared for situations like this.
