A former member of the Jefferson County Quorum Court who would go on to be elected County Judge and then a member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, Mike Holcomb was asked if things ever got as bad as they are now with members of the Quorum Court and County Judge Gerald Robinson being unable to agree on a 2025 budget and having the state step it.
Holcomb appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show where host Greg Horne said he had never seen anything like this will all the emotional and diverse positions people on both sides of the issue have.
Horne said the biggest thing is the damage this issue is having to the county and to efforts to try and recruit people and businesses to come here.
