Our Investigators continue to work tirelessly to bring those who commit crimes to justice. In particular Captain Yohance Brunson, Lieutenant Dennis Kendall, Sergeant Clayton Cantrell, Investigators Kirsten Garner, Kirsten Pennington, Morgan Carter, Corey Lowery, and Marcia Oliver were an integral part of the investigation and apprehension of Tucker.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office considers such criminal acts as a clear and present danger to our detention facilities operations and to the detainees we are called to care for and protect. As such, we will always use every means and resource at our disposal to bring those who threaten that mission to justice.
While the second suspect is still at large Investigators continue to seek that person out in hopes of making a second arrest.
