The investigation into Sunday morning’s fatal accident at Exit 32 in White Hall is still ongoing according to Arkansas State Police Spokesman Bill Sadler.

Sadler tells Deltaplex News that the accident was reported at 4:25 a.m. Sunday morning when the Arkansas State Police was notified of a single-vehicle crash and subsequent fire at the 32 mile maker exit ramp along Interstate 530.

Three individuals died in the crash and fire. The identification of those three individuals is still unknown. Troopers assigned to the investigation are attempting to obtain DNA evidence to be submitted to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory where identification of the victims will occur.

A 14-year-old Pulaski County juvenile was ejected from the vehicle when it impacted with a tree, and survived the crash.  He remains in critical condition at a Little Rock hospital, according to Sadler.

Sadler stated that the driver of the vehicle had been traveling northbound on I-530 when the vehicle left the roadway, crossed the exit ramp, then impact the tree before catching on fire.
