Interim Pine Bluff Police Chief Lloyd Franklin Sr. talked about the department he took over two weeks ago when he appeared on the Oldies 101.3 morning show Tuesday.
Franklin responded to a question about the salvageability of the force.
Franklin was also asked how the department will solve some of the city’s major crimes, like homicides.
