Imagine Dragons has released a new lyric video for their song “Zero,” which they wrote and performed for Disney’s second film in the Wreck-It Ralph franchise, Ralph Breaks the Internet. “Zero” will play during the ending credits of the movie, due in theaters Nov. 21. The video is filled with references to 21st century internet culture. In the movie Ralph Breaks the Internet, Ralph struggles with his evolving friendship with Wreck-It Ralph‘s Vanellope. According to Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds, the song was created with the film’s theme in mind. “It’s a pretty timely movie in a lot of ways in that it addresses some of the issues of identity and loneliness unique to this internet generation,” he says in a release. “Ralph’s internal struggle for self-acceptance really resonated with us, and this song speaks to that.” Watch the lyric video for “Zero” below.
