Hooten’s Barry Grooms spoke at West Pine Bluff Rotary. Grooms said the Pine Bluff Zebras are the pick to win the 6A State Championship.  Zebra Head Coach Bobbly Bolding was insistent that Grooms had no idea what he was talking about.  Bolding mentioned his team has a chance to be competitive by mid season if his team works hard and improves.  Roy Farrell with West Pine Bluff Rotary and Simmons Bank introduced Grooms and numerous HS and college coaches that attended.

College coaches from UAM and UAPB along with High School coaches form Camden Fairview, Dollarway, England, Rison Watson Chapel and Woodlawn, who is playing 8 man this year, were in attendance along with Pine Bluff’s Bolding.
